SOUNDS OF TRAUMA for David Lynch Foundation

Type Film

More than half a million U.S. soldiers deployed since 2001 suffer from PTSD, but less than 20% of them receive adequate care. While some soldiers are no longer on the battlefield, the after-effects continue to blight their lives. So how do we raise awareness about the condition of veterans and the importance of the David Lynch Foundation's mission?

For those who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, some of the sounds of everyday life can seem as intense as the moments that caused the trauma.

To illustrate this hell, we created a film that depicts scenes of war with recorded sounds of everyday life, highlighting the fact that in a veteran's mind, the war is never over.
